These terms explain how AchlaDeal works and what to expect when you use the site. We've tried to keep this readable rather than burying it in legal filler.
Acceptance of terms
By browsing AchlaDeal or clicking through to any deal, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
How deals and countdowns work
Deal timing — when a deal unlocks and when it expires — is automated and runs on a fixed schedule. We make a genuine effort to keep countdowns accurate, but a deal's availability is never guaranteed once its window closes or once the booking partner's allocation runs out, even if a countdown briefly shows time remaining. Prices, availability, and terms shown for any deal are set by the booking partner, not by AchlaDeal, and can change on their end without notice.
Affiliate links and booking
AchlaDeal is an affiliate marketing site working through the Travelpayouts network. Every 'book' or 'check price' link takes you to a partner's own website, where you complete your booking directly with them, under their terms and pricing. We do not process payments, issue tickets, or confirm reservations — that happens entirely on the partner's side. We may earn a commission when you book through our links, at no additional cost to you.
User accounts
If you create an account to save deals or get alerts, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for anything that happens under your account.
Prohibited use
Don't scrape the site, attempt to manipulate deal timers or countdowns, or use automated tools to claim deals in a way that circumvents normal use. Accounts found doing this may be suspended.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
